Hartzler’s Quality Housing is proud to include the New Home Warranty by Residential Warranty Corporation ("RWC") and Manufactured Housing Warranty Corporation (“MHWC”) on almost all of its new modular and manufactured homes. RWC and MHWC builders are thoroughly examined for financial stability, customer satisfaction, and technical competence.

The RWC New Home Warranty for new modular homes provides buyers with one year of coverage on workmanship, and ten years of coverage on major structural components. Similarly, the MHWC New Home Warranty for new manufactured (“HUD”) homes provides buyers with one year of coverage on workmanship, and ten years of coverage on major structural components.
